Kalamata’s Olive

Then constantly changing water until all salt is removed and packed in jars or cans with brine several traditional herbs collected from the surrounding mountains. The recipe is our characteristic, comes from recipes of grandmothers and gives our olive tree which is unsalted, unique flavor.
